Iowa Heartbeat Bill

Victory! More than five years after it was signed into law the first time, Iowa’s heartbeat bill went into effect at 8:00 AM, Monday, July 23rd. It is now illegal to kill an unborn child with a heartbeat in Iowa. However, while we are grateful for the many lives that the new law will save, we mourn the thousands of innocent lives that were snuffed out during the lengthy court battle, as well as the continuation of the murder of the unborn from conception to the time they have a beating heart. Please pray with us as we work to pass new legislation in 2025 that will protect life from the moment of conception.
